Sheila is the Migration Manager and is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0533879).  Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts with First class Honours (Thesis in Immigration history) from the University of Western Australia and is highly experienced in the management of large clients and corporate accounts.

David is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 9250857) and former Regional Director of DIAC. He has strong technical and policy knowledge from some 19 years experience in the migration services profession and prior Departmental service in Canberra, overseas and state offices.

Merridy is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA and a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0849454). Formerly a Legal Officer with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, Canberra, Merridy has experience working in both State and Federal Government organizations.  

 

Steve McRae- Financial Controller

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has had over 20 years experience in public practice and has held various finance positions in both ASX and AIM listed companies.

Dan is an experienced business owner and Registered Migration Agent (RMA) having been registered with MARA for more than five years (MARN: 0213485). He was the Managing Director of the TMR Group of Companies which provided immigration and recruitment services to employers across Australia. 

Dan Engles brings to the Board extensive knowledge and experience in immigration matters and an in depth understanding of government policy. Prior to establishing his own firm in 2004, Dan was employed with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia ('CCI') for more than eight years. During most of that period he held the position of Senior Economist and was responsible for a number of matters including submissions to both State and the Federal governments and also represented the CCI's views through the media. He was the architect of a new commercial business unit for the CCI and successfully established and operated the unit to become one of the CCI's commercial functions. Between 1989 and 1996 Dan was employed by the Federal Departments of Treasury and Finance. He held a number of roles during this period dealing with a variety of issues including debt management, investment promotion, current economic conditions, monetary policy and balance of payments.
