Dan Engles - Managing Director

Dan is an experienced business owner and Registered Migration Agent (RMA) having been registered with MARA for more than five years (MARN: 0213485). He was the Managing Director of the TMR Group of Companies which provided immigration and recruitment services to employers across Australia. 

Dan Engles brings to the Board extensive knowledge and experience in immigration matters and an in depth understanding of government policy. Prior to establishing his own firm in 2004, Dan was employed with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia ('CCI') for more than eight years. During most of that period he held the position of Senior Economist and was responsible for a number of matters including submissions to both State and the Federal governments and also represented the CCI's views through the media. He was the architect of a new commercial business unit for the CCI and successfully established and operated the unit to become one of the CCI's commercial functions. Between 1989 and 1996 Dan was employed by the Federal Departments of Treasury and Finance. He held a number of roles during this period dealing with a variety of issues including debt management, investment promotion, current economic conditions, monetary policy and balance of payments.

 
Sheila Woods- Director
Registered Migration Agent 

Sheila is the Immigration Manager and is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0533879).  Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts with First class Honours (Thesis in Immigration history) from the University of Western Australia and is experienced in the management of large clients, corporate accounts and complex migration work.
 

Addison Mai - Financial Controller

Addison holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs She has extensive experience in financial management and is a fluent speaker of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
 

Andrew Emmott - Senior Migration Agent

Andrew worked in the financial section in the UK and the Isle of Man before migrating to Australia in 1992. He started his career as a migration agent in December 1996, when he joined Australian Visa and Migration Services. In May 2000, he established a boutique migration consultancy, Advance Australia Visas Pty Ltd, which was subsequently acquired by Interstaff International in September 2008.

Andrew gained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Commercial Law from Curtin University of Technology, and undertook his professional training as a migration agent through the Victoria University of Technology. He is a registered migration agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia. Andrew specialises in General Skilled and Family Migration.

Karen Murphy - Senior Migration Agent

Karen commenced with Interstaff in March 2007 in a senior administrative and organisational role. Karen completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and has been a registered migration agent since March 2009.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Geography and History. She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

James Ngoroyemoto - Registered Migration Agent

James commenced work with Interstaff in March 2008 as a trainee migration agent. He completed the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and became a registered migration agent in October 2008.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and Legal Studies. Prior to joining Interstaff, James worked as an electorate media research officer.

Nathalie Chu - Registered Migration Agent 

Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language from Beijing Language and Culture University. Nathalie commenced work with Interstaff in February 2008 as a trainee and completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law at Murdoch University. She became a Registered Migration Agent in October 2009. Prior to joining Interstaff, Nathalie worked at the Immigration Section, Canadian Embassy in Beijing, China, then in a migration firm in South Korea.

Nicole Low - Registered Migration Agent

Nicole commenced with InterStaff in October 2006 as a Liaison Officer/Trainee Migration Agent. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (PR & Mgmt) from Curtin University, WA and has completed Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice through the Australian National University.
 
Nicole is currently a practising Registered Migration Agent. She also speaks fluent Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien.
