Cilla has a strong customer focus and is committed to achieving positive outcomes for her clients and providing support throughout the process. Cilla’s passion for helping migrants is also reflected in her previous volunteer work as a Classroom Assistant for the Adult Migrant English Program in 2022.
Education and Qualifications
Cilla is a practicing Registered Migration Agent and is registered by the Office of Migration Agents Registration Australia (OMARA). She maintains her knowledge of migration law changes through CPD programs with the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
Cilla also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (2012) from the University of Western Australia (UWA) and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice (2023) from the University of Technology, Sydney. During her studies, she was listed on the 2021 Dean’s Merit List by the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney.
