Case Studies
“One of my most rewarding experiences as a migration agent would have to be my very first case, which involved assisting a former child migrant to avoid the cancellation of his permanent residence. The person had been in Australia for fifty years since migrating as a child, therefore the matter involved researching Australia’s historical involvement with the child migrant scheme as part of our submission.
I put together a strong case for him to stay in Australia, explaining the historical circumstances of his child visa. It was very rewarding to help with his unique case and see him successfully avoid the cancellation of his permanent residence visa. Over ten years later, it is still one of the most intriguing cases I’ve assisted with.“
