If you’d like to invest in an Australian business and have a track record of managing your personal and business investments to a high standard, you and your family could be eligible to migrate to Australia through the Investor visa stream of the Business Innovation and Investment Temporary Visa (188).
Your eligibility for this visa type will depend on a number of factors such as your age, your business management history and financial capacity.
To apply, you’ll need to be nominated by a State or Territory government or Austrade in order to receive an invitation to lodge a visa application. You’ll then be able to proceed with coordinating the requirements for your visa application.
If your visa is approved, you can become eligible to apply for permanent residency by meeting the requirements to transition to a Business Innovation and Investment Permanent Visa (888).
Interstaff can advise on your eligibility and visa requirements and assist with all stages of your Business Innovation and Investment Visa application to the Australian government as well as your application to transition to permanent residency. We can also assist with adding eligible family members to your visa application.
Business owners interested in understanding more about the Investor visa stream are encouraged to contact our Registered Migration Agents servicing Perth, Melbourne and Sydney at [email protected] or call 08 9221 3388.
