The Premium Investor stream of the Business Innovation and Investment Temporary Visa (188) suits investors who would like to contribute their entrepreneurial skills and talent on a larger scale of investment.
What’s the process?
To apply, you’ll need to be nominated by a State or Territory government or Austrade in order to receive an invitation to lodge a visa application. You’ll then be able to proceed with coordinating the requirements for your visa application.
If your visa is approved, you can become eligible to apply for permanent residency by meeting the requirements to transition to a Business Innovation and Investment Permanent Visa (888).These requirements include investing AUD15million into complying investments for a minimum of twelve months.
