TSS Visa implementation date announced

Immigration News | 15 March, 2018 |

TSS Visa Implementation | The Government has today released legislation for the new TSS Visa and confirmed the new program will commence this Sunday 18 March 2018. The change will mean new applications will need to be made under the TSS Visa program rather than the 457 scheme from Monday 19 March.

Support throughout the changes | TSS Visa Tools for Implementation

The introduction of the TSS Visa program is a significant change for businesses and skilled visa applicants. Historically, the 457 Visa program was the most commonly used program to sponsor skilled overseas workers for temporary work in Australia for periods of up to 4 years.

Interstaff has prepared several visa tools to assist you or your business through the changes. You can view these here.

If you have any questions about the new TSS Visa program, please do not hesitate to contact our registered migration agents on +61 8 9221 3388 (or National Free Call 1800 449 858) or [email protected]

We will keep you updated on further developments as they arise and as additional details on the implementation of the program become available.
